Requesting a refund
For a Tabrivo purchase, contact support within 3 days of payment to request a refund. Include your order reference and purchase email. Do not send card details, a UPI PIN, API keys or account passwords. Duplicate charges, failed delivery and statutory rights will be reviewed on their facts.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Refunds go through the original payment method.
Effect on the licence
A processed full refund revokes the associated licence. Existing installations learn this at an online validation check, or stop at the end of the permitted offline allowance. A refund does not erase files from your computer. There is no automatic licence-seat transfer or reset.
Custom projects and cancellations
Custom service projects use their own agreed cancellation, milestone and refund terms. Discuss these before accepting a project quotation. The trial does not create a recurring charge, and a paid lifetime browser licence does not renew monthly.
